🧾 Return & Refund Policy — Ascent

At Ascent, we’re committed to making your experience seamless from checkout to unboxing. If something’s not quite right, we’ll work with you to make it better.

🔁 Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Tags must be intact and item in resaleable condition

To initiate a return, contact us at support@ascentwear.com with your order number and reason for return.

📦 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you if the refund is approved

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window.

🔄 Exchanges

Prefer a different size or color?

  • Reach out within 14 days and we’ll set up a quick exchange

  • All exchange requests follow the same return guidelines

🚫 Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they haven’t been processed or shipped. Email us at ascentactive@gmail.com as soon as possible.
