🔁 Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Tags must be intact and item in resaleable condition
To initiate a return, contact us at support@ascentwear.com with your order number and reason for return.
📦 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

We’ll notify you if the refund is approved

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
We do not offer refunds for:

Final sale or clearance items

Items returned outside the 14-day window.
